FAQ & BOOKING POLICY
30% deposit is non-refundable or non transferrable in case on any cancellation
No refunds for the deposit will be given for the members of the party who miss their appointment on time.
For anyone receiving specialty styling, please have them wear a button down shirt and come with clean, dry hair. If you come with wet hair an extra charge for blow dry will be added to your service
For anyone receiving makeup services please come with a moisturized face. Moisturize your face half an hour before you require the service . (Moisturizer should be oil based for dry skin
For hair styling, wash your hair a day before, your hair should be COMPLETELLY dry, charges of blow-drying will be added
(VERY IMPORTANT) If you have dry skin exfoliate a day before otherwise skin becomes flaky after make up
We are subject to refuse service for a client with hair lice, and deposit will be non refundable.
Reserved time for getting ready shots is only offered strictly with bridal packages and needs to be booked in time of booking. Time limit is 25min max, make sure your photographer shows up in your booked time slot and leaves within the allotted time.
Every artist on our team is fully trained and has over 5 years of professional experience in the wedding industry. Our team has worked with hundreds of brides and wedding parties, ensuring that each look is tailored, flawless, and long-lasting for your special day.
Bridal packages takes about 2 to 3 hours where as party packages time is an hour and a half.
A completed and signed contract along with a 40% deposit only confirms a booking. This fee will be a portion of the package booked, and will be deducted from the total price at the end.
We accept email transfer, direct deposit or cash.
It’s best to book your experience as soon as your date is fixed (for brides, especially for those clients with wedding dates in the spring/summer months as they tend to be the busiest and book very fast.
We require a written notice of cancellation min two weeks prior to event date. Payments/fees will still apply as outlined in your services contract. Otherwise you will be responsible for full service chares.
